What Does The Job Entail
As the Paid Media Associate, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end asset development process for paid media campaigns - from creative briefing and cross-functional coordination through launch, testing, and performance analysis.
Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, this role partners closely with Creative, Social, Influencer,Ecommerce, CRM, Retail, and external agency teams to ensure paid media campaigns are strategically aligned, efficiently executed, and continuously optimized to drive profitable growth and brand impact.
What You’ll Do
Creative Asset Development & Management
- Own the full lifecycle of paid media creative asset development across all channels.
- Lead the briefing process for paid media creative, ensuring clear strategic direction, messaging alignment with brand marketing, and platform-specific requirements.
- Manage paid content development across internal Influencer, Owned Social, and Design teams to best leverage top performing tactics across awareness, consideration, and conversion tactics.
- Coordinate content calendar, timelines, and asset delivery across Creative, Brand, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and agency teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, always maintaining premium Rhone brand guideline standards.
Paid Media Campaign Execution
- Effectively execute paid media campaign asset delivery across key acquisition channels including paid social, search, online video, TV, CTC, affiliates, partnerships, and emerging digital platforms.
- Partner with external agency teams to manage campaign launches, optimizations, and performance tracking across platforms.
Creative Testing & Optimization
- Identify business questions to inform testing roadmaps (e.g., messaging themes, creative formats, visual styles, and audience segments).
- Partner with agency and internal teams to implement test-and-learn frameworks and translate learnings into future creative and media strategies.
Creative Performance Analysis & Insights
- Partner with Rhone’s external agency team to monitor campaign performance across paid channels, identifying trends, optimization opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Translate performance data into clear business insights that inform creative direction, channel strategy, and budget allocation.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting on key acquisition metrics including traffic, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Ecommerce, CRM, Merchandising, and Retail teams to ensure paid media campaigns align with product launches, promotions, and broader marketing initiatives.
- Support paid media initiatives tied to retail store openings, omnichannel campaigns, and key brand moments.
Agency & Partner Coordination
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for select agency and platform partners, ensuring alignment on campaign priorities, timelines, and testing plans.
- Collaborate with agencies to implement best practices, optimize performance, and bring forward new opportunities for growth.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Proactively bring forward ideas for new channels, creative approaches, and performance improvements.

What You’ll Bring
- Strong understanding of paid media creative development and campaign asset management.
- 2–4 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing in an e-commerce, retail, or agency environment.
- Experience executing campaigns across paid social, search, video, affiliate, or digital partnership channels.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with performance reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Datorama, Domo, or equivalent marketing analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Media agency trafficking experience and/or asset delivery collaboration experience with external media agencies
- Experience supporting creative testing or experimentation frameworks
- Experience in Retail or working with Shopify/similar ecommerce platforms
