Social Media Growth Director

This is not a typical content creator role. We are looking for someone who can turn that

into audience growth, brand awareness, and real revenue.

You will operate as the Director of Social Media & Audience Growth, responsible for

building and managing the entire social media engine across our brands.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will own the strategy, content, and performance of our social media presence.

Strategy

• Develop and execute the social media vision across all brands
• Identify viral content opportunities
• Build repeatable content formats that generate consistent views and engagementContent Engine
• Direct content production (video, photography, behind-the-scenes)
• Create weekly content plans and posting schedules
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips

Audience Growth

• Grow followers and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Identify trends and capitalize quickly
• Collaborate with influencers and strategic partners when appropriate

Lead Generation & Revenue

• Convert social media attention into leads and customers
• Work with our internal marketing systems to direct traffic into funnels and landing pages
• Optimize content and calls-to-action to generate business opportunities

Analytics & Performance

• Track performance metrics including audience growth, leads generated, and revenue

attribution

• Report weekly and monthly results
• Continuously test and improve content performance

We use GoHighLevel (GHL) and other CRM systems to track leads, funnels, and attribution.

Experience with marketing funnels and lead tracking is highly valuable.What Success Looks Like

• Rapid audience growth across platforms
• Consistent viral or high-engagement content
• Measurable lead generation from social media
• Social media becoming a reliable revenue channel for our businesses

Compensation

Base Salary

$90,000 per year

In addition to base salary, this role includes performance bonuses tied to business profit

generated from social media leads.Bonus eligibility begins after social media produces $100,000 in attributable company

profit.

Profit attribution is based on customers or deals where social media is identified as the

original lead source through our tracking systems and funnels.

This ensures bonuses are tied to real business results, not vanity metrics.
