Brand Manager – Baby Trend

Baby Trend Inc is a manufacturer of consumer related baby products and is located in Fontana, CA. Our products are sold at nationwide retail locations and juvenile specialty stores. Our tagline is Quality, Comfort, Style.

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead and manage the marketing team in the implementation of all brand and marketing activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new business.

This position will play a key role in managing the brand strategy, product marketing initiatives, and day-to-day marketing operations. This is an on-site position.

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

· Positivity is number one. This candidate will interface with a number of different team members to complete projects and initiatives. Having a positive and proactive demeanor is imperative to being successful in this position

· Lead and manage the development of brand strategy, product positioning, pricing, branding, merchandising, and promotion strategies

· Collaborate with the product marketing team in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and brand strategy for new product launches. Tasks will include assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating marketing calendars

· Manage and ensure consistent communication of Baby Trend’s brand image and positioning throughout the company and across all marketing channels

· Study the Baby Trend’s target customers by researching current market trends and studying the marketing strategies of competitors

· Research, maintain, and report on marketing data to aid management in determining brand and marketing direction

· Partner with Product Marketing and development teams (Design, Engineers, Fashion, Graphics) and content creators (Photography, Videography etc) to manage the launch and positioning of new products in retail and online. This will include working on finding the most effective to help consumers with their shopping experience in effective Product Retail Packaging, Online Copy, Images, Videos.

· Support the development and execution of product knowledge and brand messaging for internal teams and retail partners

· Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication across departments

· Facilitate the communication of key inputs from customer needs, sales teams, and retail partners into business product strategies

· Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists

· Prepare marketing and brand performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data

· Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends

· Monitor marketing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Support marketing and brand operations:

· Coordinate product launch efforts (product bullets and descriptions, images, videos, reviews, and marketing assets)

· Lead, Organize and manage digital marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams and outside agencies. This will include selecting influencers, reviewing and revising content.

· Work with retail partners and advertising agencies on brand and marketing activations

· Work with Marketing agent to manage budget and performance of social efforts, ads etc and coordinate the social calendar.

· Ensure product pages and brand content are optimized on retail sites to maintain healthy content scores with retailers

· Remain knowledgeable of current marketing and consumer trends in order to make recommendations to the marketing team

· Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing teams

Basic Qualifications:

· Team player that approaches each task with a positive attitude

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business development, or related field

· 2-5 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or consumer marketing

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with research using data analytics software

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

· Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision

· Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

· Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently

· Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
