Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization to keep the team running efficiently
  • Assist with content creation for social media channels, including writing posts, designing graphics, and editing videos to engage our audience
  • Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce eye-catching visuals that align with branding strategies
  • Monitor social media platforms using Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on brand reputation and industry trends, helping shape our marketing strategies
  • Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, managing relationship management tasks, and coordinating outreach campaigns
  • Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products or events effectively across targeted audiences
  • Perform proofreading of all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency before publication
  • Assist in keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance online visibility and e-commerce performance
  • Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives and digital marketing projects to boost overall brand awareness

Requirements

  • Proven experience or strong interest in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer (application) for scheduling and analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics, keyword research, and Facebook Advertising strategies
  • Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing using relevant software or tools
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail for all written materials
  • Excellent relationship management skills for public relations outreach and influencer collaborations
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or branding is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
