Role Overview
The Marketing Associate will support the ongoing execution of the company’s marketing initiatives across content, digital channels, partnerships, and marketing assets.
You will help plan, produce, publish, and maintain a steady stream of content and communications while assisting with website updates, marketplace listings, creator relationships, and marketing analytics.
Success in this role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on a regular schedule.
Content Production & Publishing
- Plan and create content for social media, email marketing, blog posts, and other routine communications
- Write and design marketing content aligned with brand voice and campaign goalsPublish and manage content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, and blog
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor and manage community engagement including comments, messages, and customer interactions
- Utilize AI tools to multiply the impact of brand content
Much of this role involves ongoing content creation and publishing, requiring consistency and attention to detail.
Website & Marketplace Support
- Assist with maintaining and updating the company website, including blog posts, recipes, product pages, and campaign content
- Support updates to the brand’s Amazon presence, including listings, product images, descriptions, and promotional content
- Help ensure product information and marketing assets remain accurate and consistent across channels
- Assist with basic SEO and product page optimization
Influencer & Partnership Coordination
- Identify and recruit influencers, affiliates, and brand collaborators
- Manage communications and relationships with creators and partners
- Coordinate product seeding and collaboration campaigns
- Maintain organized records of partnerships and performance
Creative Asset Development
- Assist in the creation of digital marketing assets, including graphics, photography, video content, and recipes
- Support development of physical marketing materials, including trade show displays, product packaging assets, and customer flyers
- Coordinate with external designers, photographers, and other creative partners when needed
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on performance across managed channels
- Monitor key metrics such as:
- Audience growth
- Engagement rates
- Email performance
- Website traffic and conversions
- Help identify opportunities to improve campaign and content performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing, as well as AI tools
- Experience working with content management systems or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, or similar) is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Interest in food, wellness, agriculture, or consumer brands is a plus

- Content is published reliably according to the marketing calendar
- Website and marketplace listings remain accurate and up to date
