AIREM is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Syosset, NY.

Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for maximizing sales growth by increasing visibility and awareness of the practice’s brand and product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Prior Marketing/PR experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Collaborate with team members on brand strategy, graphic design,
  • Create marketing packets for referrals sources
  • Manage list of referral sources for internal office use
  • Liaise with skincare representatives regarding upcoming promotions
  • Create and manage email campaigns to include contact management
  • Orchestrate marketing efforts with the social media team
  • Educate staff on active or upcoming promotional campaigns
  • Determine effective of campaigns and events through post-event analysis
  • Engage in local community outreach
  • Coordinate marketing/PR events
  • Develop ongoing marketing campaigns and update the content calendar
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, signage, holiday guide
  • Liaise with website team to optimize treatment descriptions, SEO

Public Relations

  • Meet with media editors and influencers to review partnership opportunities
  • Engage with media editors for press opportunities and publishing inclusion
  • Capture press content and share with teams (website, social media)
  • All other duties as assigned by Physician(s) and/or Director of Operations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
