Creativemktgroup is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing & Office Manager to support a portfolio of businesses across hospitality, real estate, nonprofit organizations, and a marketing agency.
This hybrid role combines marketing leadership and brand strategy with office management, executive support, and administrative coordination. You’ll play a key role in both growing the brands and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly across multiple ventures.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative marketing work with structure, organization, and execution behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue across multiple businesses
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns and positioning
Content, Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and brand voice
- Oversee digital marketing efforts (email campaigns, website updates, SEO, online advertising)
- Create engaging visual and written content
Creative Direction & Design
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all ventures
- Design marketing collateral (social media graphics, flyers, email templates, etc.)
- Coordinate photography, videography, and creative production
- Maintain organized brand asset libraries
Events, Promotions & Community Engagement
- Plan and promote events, campaigns, and seasonal activations
- Support marketing for dining experiences, real estate initiatives, and nonprofit programs
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and local partners
- Coordinate press and community engagement efforts
Performance Tracking & Marketing Operations
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
- Prepare reports and recommendations to improve marketing efforts
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed
Office Management & Administrative SupportExecutive Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, and key documents
Office Management
- Maintain organization and functionality of office spaces
- Coordinate supplies, vendors, cleaning, and overall upkeep
- Ensure the workspace is organized, presentable, and operational
Administrative & Business Support
- Assist with administrative tasks across multiple businesses
- Coordinate with team members, vendors, and partners
- Help manage timelines, projects, and priorities
Real Estate & Property Support
- Assist with light property management tasks and vendor coordination
- Communicate with tenants and track maintenance requests
- Maintain organized property documentation
Financial & Bookkeeping Assistance
- Support bill pay, expense tracking, and invoicing
- Assist with QuickBooks and financial record organization
- Help manage contractor payments and documentation
Nonprofit & Event Support
- Assist with nonprofit events, meetings, and community initiatives
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and materials
- Maintain organized records and support association management tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing, administrative support, office management, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative thinker with an eye for branding and content
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different businesses
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and project management platforms preferred
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented mindset
