Position Overview
The Marketing & Office Manager plays a dual role in driving brand growth while overseeing the day-to-day administrative and office operations of the Hofheimer Building. This position is responsible for executing marketing strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and revenue, while also ensuring efficient internal operations, staff support, and organizational compliance.
This role works closely with the CEO, General Manager, and Events team to keep both marketing initiatives and business operations running smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
- Drive brand awareness, foot traffic, and revenue through targeted campaigns
Content & Digital Marketing
- Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics
- Maintain an organized content calendar
- Oversee website updates, email marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising
- Develop engaging, on-brand content across all digital channels
Branding & Creative Direction
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms
- Design marketing collateral including social media graphics, flyers, posters, menus, and email templates
- Oversee creation of visual assets such as photography, videography, and promotional materials
- Maintain a library of brand assets and templates
Event & Promotion Marketing
- Plan and promote seasonal campaigns, special events, and activations
- Partner with the Events and Operations teams to market private events and experiences
- Coordinate content creation for launches, features, and in-house promotions
Customer Engagement & Community Relations
- Develop loyalty and retention programs (email, SMS, VIP lists)
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and local partners
- Represent the brand in community initiatives and partnerships
Performance Tracking & Budget Management
- Track campaign performance using analytics and KPIs
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations for optimization
- Manage marketing budget and external vendors
Print & In-House Media
- Design and manage print materials (menus, signage, flyers, etc.)
- Oversee in-house digital displays and promotional content
- Coordinate with vendors for production and quality control
Office Management & Administrative Responsibilities
Office Operations
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and smooth workflow across departments
- Maintain office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Act as a central point of communication between leadership, staff, and external partners
- Assist in developing and improving internal processes and workflows
Human Resources Support
- Coordinate job postings, candidate communications, and interview scheduling
- Assist with onboarding, training materials, and new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records and support general HR administration
Financial & Vendor Coordination
- Track invoices, expenses, and assist with vendor payments and reconciliations
- Support financial systems such as MarginEdge and expense tracking
- Handle bank deposits, change orders, and basic financial tasks as needed
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely payments and service delivery
Administrative & Compliance Management
- Maintain organized records for permits, licenses, insurance, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational requirements
- Track important deadlines for renewals and filings
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and General Manager
Operational Support
- Assist with coordination of restaurant, rooftop, and event operations as needed
- Support internal communications, scheduling, and documentation
- Help troubleshoot operational issues and support team efficiency
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in marketing, office management, administration, or a related role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content creation
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with administrative systems, scheduling, and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hospitality, events, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
