The Manager of Affiliate & Influencer Growth is responsible for leading Triquetra Health’s creator and
affiliate ecosystem as a revenue-driving engine. This role owns outcomes across TikTok Shop creator
performance, multi-platform influencer expansion, affiliate program development, and community
cultivation across Meta and beyond.
The role balances strategic program design with hands-on team leadership, managing a small team that includes an Ambassador Community Manager and outreach VAs. The Manager sets the standard for how creator and affiliate relationships are built, scaled, and measured—ensuring every partnership delivers clear ROI while building long-term brand equity and community.
Duties & Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operating Cadence
- Leads and manages a team of four: Ambassador Community Manager, two outreach VAs
(international), and one outreach VA (domestic)
Establishes clear workflows, accountability structures, and performance expectations for the team
Defines KPIs, reporting standards, and documentation that create transparency across the affiliate function
Builds a repeatable, scalable operating model for creator outreach, onboarding, and activation
Sets expectations for focus, prioritization, and follow-through across all affiliate and influencer initiatives
Conducts regular 1:1s, team syncs, and performance check-ins to develop team capability and maintain alignment
TikTok Shop Creator Scaling
Owns performance outcomes across the existing TikTok Shop affiliate program
Develops a clear strategy for scaling creator count, quality, and GMV contribution
Identifies and recruits higher-tier creators (L4 & L5) and builds pathways to deepen those relationships
Creates training, education, and enablement resources that improve creator performance and
content quality
Monitors creator-level analytics to identify top performers, optimize incentives, and address underperformance Affiliate Program Development & Value Creation
Designs and manages affiliate programs that create genuine value for creator partners—not
just commission structures
- Develops initiatives such as product education, exclusive offers, early access, and
community recognition that strengthen creator loyalty
Collaborates with marketing and product teams to align affiliate campaigns with launches and promotions
Builds and maintains clear program documentation, terms, and onboarding materials
Multi-Platform Expansion (Meta & Beyond)
- Leads the buildout of an affiliate and influencer presence beyond TikTok—with primary focus
on Instagram and Facebook
- Identifies the right creator profiles and content formats for Meta platforms that align with
Triquetra Health’s brand
- Cultivates a community of brand advocates and influencer partners across platforms who
consistently drive awareness and sales
- Explores and evaluates additional social channels (YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) as opportunities
arise
- Establishes platform-specific strategies, KPIs, and content frameworks for each channel
Relationship Management & Community Building
- Serves as the primary relationship owner for the affiliate and influencer network across all
platforms
Builds genuine, long-term partnerships that go beyond transactional engagement
Creates community touchpoints—group channels, events, newsletters, or other formats—that
keep creators engaged and informed
- Develops and maintains a tiered creator program that rewards performance and deepens
commitment
- Manages high-level influencer relationships directly, including those operating outside of
TikTok
Performance & Data Ownership
Owns the full affiliate and influencer performance narrative across all platforms
Tracks and reports on creator GMV, engagement rates, content volume, ROI, and program
health
Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities through regular analysis
Translates data into clear recommendations and actionable plans for marketing leadership
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, creator partnerships,
or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing or leading a team, including setting expectations,
providing feedback, and driving accountability
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate program mechanics, and creator economy dynamics
Experience building or scaling creator/influencer programs with measurable revenue outcomes
Proven ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and make data-informed decisions
Excellent relationship-building skills with both creators and internal cross-functional partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive leadership
Preferred
Experience building influencer or affiliate programs across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Background in health, wellness, or supplements industry
Experience managing remote or distributed teams, including international contractors
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, creator analytics tools, and campaign management systems
