Compensation range: $30.40 - $34.90 per hour

The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications. Employee Benefits:

Position Summary: Location: Seattle, WAHours: Day shift, Monday - Friday

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts across One Workplace’s Washington region, including the Porter brand portfolio. This role plays a critical operational role in ensuring marketing programs run smoothly—from maintaining digital listings and coordinating marketing materials to supporting events, tracking performance, and managing vendor logistics. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and comfortable managing many moving pieces at once. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed with precision. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Coordination* Coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, physical, and experiential channels

  • Coordinate production and delivery of marketing materials with internal teams and external vendors
  • Maintain marketing calendars and track deliverables across campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team

Digital Presence & Listings* Maintain and update website content, online directories, and digital listings

  • Execute app notifications and digital updates once approved by the marketing team
  • Monitor online reviews and coordinate guest recovery responses with appropriate teams
  • Maintain accuracy across all digital brand touchpoints

Events & Activations* Support planning and execution of marketing events, lobby activations, workshops, and pop-ups

  • Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support for marketing programming
  • Help organize local marketing events and represent the brand at select activations

Data, Reporting, & Performance Tracking* Maintain marketing KPI dashboards including traffic, email growth, orders, average order value, and loyalty program participation

  • Track campaign performance and assist with documenting insights and learnings
  • Maintain and organize the marketing database

General Administration* Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing collateral

  • Manage invoicing and scheduling with external vendors
  • Code marketing expenses and assist with monthly reconciliations
  • Submit expenses and maintain organized financial documentation
  • Assist with influencer outreach and concierge partnerships
  • Support paid media execution under the guidance of senior marketing staff
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for marketing partnerships and collaborations

Qualifications* 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support in a marketing environment

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and vendors
  • Experience supporting events, marketing campaigns, or brand activations preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, and website CMS platforms is a plus
