About the job

Position Purpose:

The Marketing Lead will support our marketing activities in a variety of areas including: trade show coordination, graphics design, social media management, website support, content creation and management, and other Marketing projects as needed for all of our brands including Jet-Lube, Whitmore, OilSafe, Air Sentry, Deacon, Hydrotex, and ProAction Fluids.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Trade Show planning and coordination with cross functional teams.
  • Coordinate proper literature and collateral for trade shows.
  • Develop and coordinate graphics for trade show booths.
  • Attend trade shows and work the booth alongside sales team as needed.
  • Conduct pre-show and post-show meetings with internal team.
  • Develop market specific messages and execute communication campaigns with prospects & customers pre-show through email and social media.
  • Manage lead follow up post show.
  • Manage trade show assets stored/rented from partner.
  • Order Business Cards and apparel for employees as needed.
  • Keep inventory and organization of collateral and giveaways.
  • Management of social media and influencer marketing activities.
  • Manage projects within the marketing department adhering to the marketing strategy.
  • Effectively use Sales Force CRM Tool to market to customers and prospects.
  • Design new or refresh existing marketing collateral as needed.
  • Work various graphics artist projects as needed to support a variety of marketing collateral and other marketing projects.
  • Manage website content for all brands.
  • other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience working in Marketing.
  • Willing to travel 20%-30%.
  • Role is full time in office in Rockwall, TX.
  • Experience with graphics design programs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and motivated.
