Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative DTC E-commerce Brand Partner to lead the growth and development of our direct-to-consumer company. In this role, you will work with the owner to build on an already established leader in the industry. Your expertise will be incorporated into all aspects of the company's operations and practices: flesh out a compelling brand story, managing multichannel marketing strategies, and fostering the brand into a 7-figure business. Your passion for business development, digital marketing, analysis, and branding will help elevate our brand’s visibility and sales. This paid position is paid via percent ownership along with regular (weekly or monthly) payouts based on sales and performance incentives. Our products are premium, top-of-the-line in the industry. We are also unique in that we source our materials from the US, we manufacture all of our components in-house, and we use natural materials in place of petroleum and plastics. Responsibilities
- Grow the business into a powerhouse
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with brand goals, including social media management, content creation, and multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Manage product listings, optimize e-commerce storefronts, and oversee product management to ensure consistency and appeal across all channels.
- Conduct market research using tools like Nielsen insights to identify trends, analyze consumer behavior, and inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visuals and content using Adobe Creative Suite for branding and promotional materials.
- Implement public relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation and foster positive consumer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance through analysis skills, adjusting tactics to maximize ROI and sales growth.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, supporting B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) channels.
- Manage budgets effectively for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development, management, etc
- Up to date on AI-driven E-com strategies and best practices
- Strong product management skills with an understanding of e-commerce platform functionalities.
- Expertise in branding strategies that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
- Solid background in digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data from Nielsen reports, Google Analytics, or other tools for strategic insights.
- Experience conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth within the e-commerce landscape.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation and branding assets.
- Knowledge of multichannel marketing approaches integrating social media, email campaigns, PR initiatives, and online advertising.
- Strong understanding of budgeting processes related to digital campaigns to ensure cost-effective results.
