Marketing Project Manager

As a growing brand in the industry, we’re looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Project Manager to help streamline our marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and event spaces.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Project Manager will assist with the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives; including product launches, merch drops, event activations, email campaigns, social media content, and more. You’ll work closely with internal teams, designers, and retail partners to ensure everything runs smoothly, on-brand, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns, new drops, and branded collaborations

Develop and manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals for creative assets

Coordinate between marketing, design, production, and sales teams

Organize photo/video shoots and support content creation efforts

Assist with email and SMS campaign creation and scheduling

Maintain marketing calendars

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or brand coordination

Highly organized and detail-oriented - Can meet deadlines

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience using tools like Monday.com

Comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with email platforms like Mailchimp or similar

Passion for cannabis culture and creativity

Bonus Skills:

Graphic design or content creation experience

Event marketing or field marketing background

Social media or influencer campaign coordination

Knowledge of Michigan Cannabis market
