Role Overview
The Sales & Partnerships Manager will focus on building relationships with retailers, sports organizations, and brand partners. This role will drive new revenue through wholesale partnerships, strategic collaborations, and event activations that introduce new audiences to the Binho brand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and identifying creative opportunities to grow a brand through retail, collaborations, and live events.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale & Retail Partnerships
- Manage wholesale relationships with retailers and distributors
- Identify new retail opportunities (sporting goods stores, lifestyle retailers, etc.)
- Coordinate wholesale partnerships with companies such as sporting retailers, lifestyle brands, and corporate buyers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners
Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
- Identify collaboration opportunities with brands, sports teams, and organizations
- Develop partnerships with soccer clubs, leagues, and lifestyle brands
- Coordinate special edition collaborations and co-branded opportunities
Event Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Identify and secure locations for Binho events and activations
- Develop sponsorship opportunities for events
- Coordinate partnerships with bars, venues, leagues, or sports communities
- Help organize tournaments and brand activations
Affiliate & Event Promotion
- Recruit and organize affiliates to promote Binho events
- Coordinate influencer or affiliate participation at events
- Help grow local communities around Binho through events and partnerships
Business Development
- Prospect new partnership opportunities and sales channels
- Build relationships with potential partners and decision makers
- Negotiate partnership terms and wholesale agreements
Account & Partnership Management
- Maintain communication with partners and retailers
- Ensure successful collaboration launches and event activations
- Track partnership performance and sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development preferred
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable reaching out to brands, retailers, and organizations
- Organized and able to manage multiple partnerships and events simultaneously
- Passion for sports, soccer culture, or lifestyle brands is a plus
