Job Description
e are seeking a passionate and creative Brand Manager to lead brand and digital marketing strategies, enhancing the brand's influence and market coverage in the luxury wedding dress market. The ideal candidate should possess mature skills in visual management, creativity, analysis, and execution, and drive measurable marketing results.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Plan Execution
1. Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in alignment with business goals.
2. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior in the US, and provide strategic insights and optimization suggestions.
Planning and Promoting Brand Industry Events and Marketing Campaigns
Integrate local fashion resources, manage and execute brand local marketing activities, including exhibitions, photo shoots, PR events, and digital promotions.
Supervising Social Media Platforms, Content Publishing, and Digital Activation Plans
Assist the team in managing brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.), participate in the development of content calendars and promotion plans. Optimize online advertising strategies, such as Meta and TikTok Ads, to increase brand exposure and conversion rates.
Supporting Localized Marketing in Retail Channels and Representing the Brand in Industry Events
Requirements
Core Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in marketing, advertising, fashion management, communication, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in promoting US-based fashion brands, with experience in niche fashion segments such as light luxury, streetwear, and high street.
2. Language and Cultural Proficiency: Ability to create fashion copy, conduct business negotiations, communicate with the media, and handle official documents without obstacles. In-depth understanding of US fashion culture, subculture rules (such as street culture, light luxury social scenes), and consumer habits. Sensitive to fashion trends and able to accurately grasp the aesthetic preferences of target customers.
3. Professional Skills: Proficient in US fashion marketing strategies, familiar with the operational logic of online and offline fashion promotion channels, and have successful fashion marketing campaign planning and execution cases (such as pop-up stores, collaborations, influencer seeding). Possess solid fashion content creation, event coordination, and resource integration capabilities, and be able to independently connect with fashion industry resources and drive project implementation.
4. Compliance Awareness: Familiar with US local advertising laws, data privacy regulations (such as CCPA), and fashion industry marketing norms. Ensure all brand promotion activities, content dissemination, and communication are compliant and legal, avoiding legal and brand reputation risks.

1. Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in using Google Analytics, Excel, platform-native data tools, and fashion industry research tools. Able to identify issues through data such as exposure, seeding conversion rates, and subculture discussion levels, and optimize promotion strategies and channel allocation. Possess a strong results-oriented mindset.
2. Creativity and Aesthetic Ability: Possess excellent fashion creative thinking and high-end aesthetic sense. Able to create compelling marketing content and activities that align with the brand's tone and local fashion trends. Familiar with the logic of fashion visual presentation and able to collaborate with the design team to optimize content visual effects.
3. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Possess outstanding cross-subculture and cross-team communication and negotiation skills. Efficiently connect with fashion influencers, media, partners, and internal teams, solve various problems during execution, and ensure project smooth implementation. Strong stakeholder management ability.
4. Stress Resistance and Execution Ability: Adapt to the fast-paced work environment of the US fashion industry. Capable of handling high-pressure scenarios such as intensive new product promotion and concentrated event implementation. Possess strong execution, responsibility, and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bonus Points • Candidates with professional marketing certifications such as Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint, or those with qualifications related to fashion management, will be given priority.
- Those with working experience in well-known American fashion brands, the fashion teams of 4A advertising agencies, or fashion media, and who are familiar with the core resources and operation processes of the fashion industry, will be given priority.
- Candidates with basic fashion styling, video editing, and graphic design skills, and who can independently produce simple fashion content, will be given extra points.
- Candidates with in-depth understanding of the consumption characteristics of diverse cultural groups in the United States (such as the Hispanic and African American fashion circles), and who have targeted promotion experience, will be given extra points.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
