Duties

- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent online presence.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to improve organic reach.
- Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform-specific tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and media engagement.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to expand brand visibility.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging social platforms, and new tools to keep our strategies innovative.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and experience in content creation tailored for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messages across multiple channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail environments is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for photography and video production to enhance visual storytelling.
- Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
