We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to work alongside our team and manage daily community engagement and build strategic relationships with creators across two distinct brands:
Ilios Lighting — a luxury beauty brand focused on premium mirrors and elevated self-care
Lume Cube — a creator-driven lighting brand serving photographers, videographers, and content creators
This role sits at the intersection of community, content, and growth, ensuring our brands are consistently visible, engaged, and fueled by high-quality creator partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement
- Actively respond to comments, DMs, and tagged content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Proactively engage with our audience by liking, commenting, and interacting with relevant posts
- Monitor brand mentions and conversations to increase visibility and build relationships
- Maintain a consistent and elevated brand voice across both brands:
- Ilios: luxury, polished, aspirational
- Lume Cube: educational, creator-focused, energetic
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management
- Identify and reach out to like-minded influencers and creators aligned with each brand
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with creators and brand partners
- Manage product gifting, seeding, and influencer communications
Content Collaboration
- Work directly with influencers to develop content for:
- Paid media (ads)
- Website and product pages
- Organic social media
- Provide clear creative direction while allowing for authentic content creation
- Ensure content aligns with brand standards and campaign goals
What Success Looks Like
- Increased engagement and active community presence across platforms
- Consistent pipeline of high-quality influencer and UGC content
- Strong relationships with repeat, high-performing creators
- Content that supports growth across paid, social, and web
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years experience in social media and/or influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and creator trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and partnerships at once
- Has an eye for luxury aesthetics (Ilios) and understands creator needs (Lume Cube)
