Position Overview

GC Skin MedSpa is seeking a CRM & Patient Retention Specialist (1099 Independent Contractor) to drive revenue growth through patient communication and database optimization.

This role focuses on converting existing patient data into consistent revenue through segmentation, lifecycle automation, and high-conversion email/SMS campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Strategy & Implementation

  • Audit and analyze an existing database of 1,500+ patients
  • Develop advanced segmentation (active, inactive, members, treatment groups, high-value patients)
  • Build automated patient lifecycle workflows (rebooking, follow-ups, reactivation)

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan and execute up to 3 monthly email/SMS campaigns
  • Create high-conversion messaging aligned with a luxury medical brand
  • Monitor and optimize send times and audience targeting

Performance & Database Management

  • Track campaign performance: open rates, click rates, and booking conversions
  • Continuously update patient segmentation for relevance
  • Identify revenue opportunities within the existing patient base

Position Details

  • Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Hours: 10 hours per week
  • Rate: $28–$35 per hour

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, LeadAR, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proven track record in email/SMS marketing that drives conversions (not just engagement)
  • Background in aesthetic, medical, or wellness fields is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign results
  • Exceptional copywriting skills for high-converting patient communication

This role is focused specifically on patient communication and revenue-driving strategies via CRM.

Workflow & Expectations

  • Campaign planning must be done in advance (7 business days prior)
  • Final approval is required 48 hours before deployment
  • Communication primarily via email, with responses within 24–48 hours
  • Client to provide assets (images, offers) before campaign launch
