Marketing Manager at Arlington

Job Type:  Part-Time (5-10 hours per week)

About Palm Berries:  Palm Berries is a fast-growing acai bowl and blends brand dedicated to providing high-quality, delicious, and nutritious offerings to our community. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Marketing Manager to drive local marketing efforts and increase brand awareness in our Arlington location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, gyms, and community organizations for cross-promotional opportunities.
• Organize and participate in local events, pop-ups, and sponsorships to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
• Distribute promotional materials and execute grassroots marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media collaborations with local influencers and community pages.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Work closely with the store team to ensure alignment on promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or community outreach preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Passion for health, wellness, and the food industry.
• Knowledge of the Arlington market and local community is a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation for fieldwork.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
