Position Summary: Senior Live Streamer

We’re hiring a senior-level live stream host & breaker to lead high-revenue streams across TikTok Shop, Fanatics Live, and Whatnot.

This role is built for someone who can command attention, drive strong GMV, and consistently deliver a polished, high-energy experience at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and lead live breaking streams across TikTok Shop, Fanatics Live, and Whatnot
• Drive revenue through strong pacing, product knowledge, and sales execution
• Manage high-volume, fast-moving streams with precision and professionalism
• Build relationships with VIPs and repeat buyers to increase retention and LTV
• Work closely with ops on product selection, pricing strategy, and inventory flow
• Mentor and elevate junior breakers and on-camera talent
• Continuously optimize stream performance, engagement, and conversions
• Represent the NHCS brand at a high level across all platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Junior Role allows for
• Previous experience hosting live streams or selling collectibles online
• Familiarity with top sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, UFC, Soccer) and key player trends
• Existing personal brand, following, or audience in the hobby space (optional but a big bonus)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven breaking and live streaming experience required (TikTok Shop, Fanatics Live, Whatnot, or similar)
• Strong sales instincts — ability to close, upsell, and maintain momentum
• Deep knowledge of sports cards and/or TCG (Pokemon, One Piece, etc.)
• Experience handling high GMV streams and large audiences
• Confident, engaging, and professional on camera
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Leadership mindset with ability to train and set the standard for others
• Experience with OBS/streaming software, Google Sheets, Excel, and general data entry workflows
