StudioBinder is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our Content & Editorial team.

StudioBinder builds production management software used by filmmakers, agencies, brands, and creative teams to plan and collaborate on productions. Alongside the platform, we run one of the largest educational resources in the production industry. Our blog reaches 1M+ readers each month, and our YouTube channel has 2M+ subscribers.

If you enjoy developing creative marketing campaigns, experimenting with distribution strategies, and helping great content reach a wider audience, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As part of the marketing and editorial team, you’ll help expand the reach of StudioBinder’s content across multiple platforms.

Your work will involve planning and executing creative marketing campaigns, developing messaging for social media and newsletters, and identifying new ways to distribute and promote our articles and videos. You’ll collaborate with writers, editors, and video creators to make sure great content gets in front of the right audiences.

You’ll also help manage the editorial calendar, coordinate influencer collaborations, and analyze campaign performance to see what’s working and where we can improve.

A Typical Day

A typical day might start by reviewing the performance of recent campaigns; looking at analytics from newsletters, social channels, or promoted content to see what resonated with audiences.

From there, you might spend time drafting messaging for upcoming posts, planning a new campaign around a recently published article or video, or coordinating with the editorial team on upcoming content.

Later in the day, you may reach out to influencers or partner communities that share our audience, explore opportunities to syndicate content, or refine targeting for upcoming email campaigns.

Some days are focused on strategy and planning, others on writing, testing, and analyzing results. The goal is always the same: help great content reach the creators who will benefit from it most.

What We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing
  • Enjoy planning and executing creative marketing campaigns
  • Are comfortable analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Have strong writing and messaging skills
  • Are curious about audience behavior and marketing strategy
  • Collaborate well with writers, editors, and creative teams
  • Have an interest in filmmaking, storytelling, or the creative industries

Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, email marketing platforms, or campaign tracking tools is helpful but not required.
