We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Manager, TikTok Shop to help lead the growth of one of the fastest-growing social commerce channels in retail. This role will drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of GNC’s TikTok Shop presence, partnering closely with marketing, ecommerce, influencers, and merchandising teams to create engaging content and drive measurable revenue through social commerce.

What You’ll Do:

This is a Full-Time Salary Position

The Manager, TikTok Shop will support end-to-end management of the TikTok Shop business unit, synchronizing efforts with agency partners and internal teams to drive impact. As the TikTok Shop manager, this individual will act as both a strategic and tactical lead across Shop operations, promotional and campaign activities, storefront optimizations and overall Shop performance.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of TikTok Shop campaigns, aligning activations with broader brand marketing initiatives to ensure a cohesive consumer experience.
  • Develop and manage program and campaign-specific investment strategies, allocating budget across paid, earned, and owned TikTok efforts to maximize performance and return.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Demand Planning, Marketing, etc.) to forecast demand and align inventory with TikTok Shop campaigns and creator activity.
  • Leverage data and performance insights to inform go-to-market strategies, optimize campaigns, and identify key drivers of TikTok Shop growth.
  • Lead development and execution of TikTok Shop content strategies that balance brand storytelling with high-performing affiliate and commerce-driven content.
  • Monitor content performance and emerging TikTok trends to continuously refine strategies that drive both engagement and sales.
  • Act as the internal expert on TikTok Shop, partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate social commerce into broader business strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years proven experience managing social commerce or ecommerce platform, with direct experience in TikTok Shop management.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok affiliate commerce
  • Experience managing creator or influencer partnerships
  • Strong understanding of social commerce trends and livestream selling
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop management and business unit operations.
  • Experience in budget and P&L management.
  • Analytics skills and data-driven mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams and processes.
