Marketing Manager — Investor Acquisition (Finance)

About Us

We’re a fast-growing private credit platform focused on secured lending and investor capital raising. We’re hiring a marketing leader to build and run an investor-focused content engine that is credible, performance-driven, and aligned with financial best practices.

This is not an influencer-only social media role. We need someone who can create finance-forward content that builds trust with investors and generates qualified leads.

Role Summary

You will own the entire investor marketing strategy and execution, from idea to distribution to performance optimization. You’ll be both the strategist and the producer—planning content, filming it, editing it, publishing it, and improving results over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a social + content strategy designed to attract and convert investors (organic + paid)
• Own the content pipeline across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and email (as appropriate)
• Lead end-to-end production: concept → script → filming → editing → posting → performance review
• Develop investor-focused narratives (education, process, risk management, credibility signals, FAQs)
• Maintain a content calendar, production workflow, and weekly output targets
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta/Google/YouTube), and improve lead capture funnels/landing pages
• Track and report performance metrics (reach → engagement → leads → investor calls) and iterate based on data
• Collaborate with leadership to translate firm strategy into clear public messaging
• Manage brand voice and ensure content aligns with financial compliance / reputational standards
• Create supporting collateral: short decks, one-pagers, newsletters, website copy, and sales materials

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven experience owning marketing end-to-end (strategy + execution + measurement)
• Strong hands-on ability to produce video content: filming, lighting/audio basics, editing, and packaging
• Strong copywriting and scripting skills (hooks, short-form, long-form, investor messaging)
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and responsibly
• Portfolio required (video + written work; must reflect your personal contribution)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in finance/investing/private credit/real estate/wealth management/fintech or capital raising
• Familiarity with compliance considerations in financial marketing (risk disclosures, claims, testimonials, etc.)
• Proficiency with: Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Ads, analytics dashboards, Excel
• Master’s degree (preferred, not required)
• Spanish fluency (plus)
