- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content and marketing strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Design eye-catching graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual storytelling.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding efforts, public relations activities, e-commerce promotions, and content creation projects.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and content optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Buffer or Hootsuite for monitoring brand mentions and industry conversations.
- Ability to plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns effectively while managing budgets for maximum ROI.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with influencers, partners, customers, and internal teams effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and compelling.
- Experience in photography and video editing to produce high-quality visual content that resonates with audiences.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms to support online sales initiatives through targeted social media strategies.
