Must Haves:

  • 8-10+ years of influencer, creator marketing experience.
  • Attention to detail with a proven track record of reviewing briefs, concepts, and content
  • Ensure full compliance with FTC disclosure requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously,
  • Ability to support the creation of full-funnel influencer programs and oversee an agency/agencies running full-scale campaigns.
  • Must have clear understanding of the most current best practices and
  • Ability to price individual influencers based on performance and not follower count.
  • Deep social media expertise across channels, including a nuanced understanding of platform behavior, content performance, and how to identify the right influencer or creator fit and why it matters.
  • Experience managing influencers and creators
  • balancing messaging, testimonials and storytelling for organic and paid needs.
  • Develop creative briefs outlining messaging, deliverables, and CTAs for the agency to utilize to build creator briefs.
  • Understands budgeting and has managed multi-million-dollar enterprise programs
  • Ability to analyze performance data beyond surface-level metrics

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing with 8-10+ years of dedicated influencer and creator marketing experience to support strategy development and oversight of agency in the execution of the company's influencer and creator programs. This is not a generalist role. It requires deep, specific expertise in influencer strategy and management, including hands-on experience building and running full-funnel programs across storytelling, content, and paid. You must know how to price influencers based on performance and not follower counts, similarly choosing influencers based on fit and performance not based on followers or "who's hot in the moment" - highly relevant to the brand is key. On a day to day basis this person will be reviewing briefs, concepts, content and catching any and every mistake before it touches final review. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $60-63/hr.

Compensation:

$60/hr to $63/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
