Phoenix Industries is seeking a high-performing Executive Sales Leader with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with senior decision makers. This role is designed for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in consultative environments, brings an established network, and consistently delivers revenue growth.
You will engage directly with C-suite executives, founders, and senior leaders, positioning strategic solutions that align with their most critical business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close, focusing on enterprise and high-value accounts
- Leverage an existing network and self-generated pipeline to accelerate revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders (CEO, CFO, COO, President, VP)
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed revenue targets
- Lead consultative sales engagements, delivering tailored solutions to complex business challenges
- Negotiate and close large, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless delivery and client success
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise or executive-level sales
- Demonstrated success selling to senior decision makers and influencers
- Proven ability to generate and close your own pipeline
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills
- Experience managing large deal sizes and complex sales cycles
- Deep business acumen with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable
- Established book of business or strong professional network
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B enterprise solutions, professional services, or high-ticket sales
- Background in SaaS, technology platforms, or enterprise consulting
- Exposure to digital transformation, systems integration, or large-scale implementations
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement, compliance, and governance processes
