  • Experienced with social media management software such as Sprout Social.
  • Adept at crafting content across multiple brand identities while maintaining consistent voice, tone, and visual standards.
  • Talented in social media photography and videography, with the ability to capture engaging in-restaurant content.
  • Proficient in building and engaging online communities while representing hospitality brands authentically.
  • Skilled at analyzing social media performance and reporting on actionable insights using platform analytics.
  • Experienced collaborating with local influencers, brand partners, and media contacts.
  • Comfortable coordinating marketing campaigns, projects, platforms, and events across multiple restaurant concepts.
  • Proficient in updating websites and maintaining accurate online business listings across multiple third-party platforms.
  • Aware of social media trends, digital marketing tools, and algorithm updates, and able to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple brands, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives both independently and within collaborative team environments.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environments.
  • Genuinely enthusiastic about hospitality, restaurants, and guest experience.
  • Available to work outside standard business hours when necessary, including evenings or weekends, to manage guest engagement, attend events, or capture in-restaurant content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using Sprout Social to align with brand messaging, marketing initiatives, and brand aesthetics across all restaurants (minimum 5 posts per week per brand).

  • Capture photo and video content in restaurants weekly, including seasonal promotions, events, and guest experiences.
  • Manage the restaurant influencer program including outreach, coordination, hosting support during visits, and reporting on influencer engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives across all restaurant concepts.
  • Collaborate with external partners including branding/design teams and PR partners to support campaign development and execution.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns by managing timelines, assets, and cross-channel execution.
  • Maintain and update restaurant websites including menus, promotions, merchandise, events, and other digital content.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all third-party listings and online directories including Google, Yelp, Resy, TripAdvisor, Toast, DoorDash, GrubHub, Loop Alliance, Choose Chicago, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate in-restaurant marketing initiatives including signage, flyers, and promotional materials when needed.
  • Maintain and update marketing training documents, brand identity guidelines, and social media documentation.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze analytics, and share insights with the marketing team to support campaign improvement.
