E-Commerce Associate

We operate a growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce business that sells nationwide through Shopify.

Our team is small and hands-on. Orders ship every day, new products launch regularly, and marketing campaigns are constantly being tested and improved.

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Associate who wants to learn how an online business actually runs day-to-day. This role sits between operations and marketing, and you’ll work across both.

You’ll see how orders move through the system, how products get launched, and how marketing campaigns connect to real revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update product listings inside Shopify

• Support marketing campaigns and promotions

• Assist with order processing and fulfillment workflows

• Help monitor and respond to customer questions

• Assist with influencer and partnership outreach

• Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Early-career professional or recent graduate

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly

• Self-directed and able to work without constant oversight

• Interest in e-commerce, marketing, and digital businesses

We actively use AI and automation tools throughout our workflows, so candidates should already be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT or similar systems in school, work, or personal projects.

Work Environment

• In-person role in Fayetteville
