Social Media Marketing Specialist

Chocolate Bash | Full-Time | In-Person Roll

Chocolate Bash is looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator who knows how to create clean, brand-forward, viral content while staying organized behind the scenes.

This is a content-first role , with a strong focus on short-form video across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life online, while supporting community engagement, influencer collaborations, and paid social efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Create high-quality, on-brand content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Film and edit short-form videos that are trend-forward and optimized for performance
  • Manage and engage with our social communities (comments, DMs, audience interaction)
  • Plan and execute engaging Instagram Stories and daily social updates
  • Host and manage live content during grand openings and key events
  • Support influencer partnerships, outreach, and collaborations
  • Assist with Meta Ads campaigns, including execution and basic reporting
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities
  • Manage content calendars and keep assets organized across platforms and internal systems

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong content creation and video editing skills (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads (hands-on experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and internet culture
  • Comfortable being on camera, hosting live content, and working with influencers
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • In-person position – must have reliable transportation to Tustin, CA
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in food, lifestyle, or franchise brands
  • Experience working with influencers or creator campaigns
  • A strong personal or professional social media presence
