Description for Candidates
Collaborate with the Sr. Paid and Organic Social Media Manager and the Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing to advance and implement the company’s affiliate and influencer marketing strategies. Lead daily execution across the enterprise and regional banners, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver tactical plans, meet performance goals, and drive business results. Responsibilities for Candidates
- Develop and maintain annual and period affiliate and influencer calendars and ensure execution of the plan in partnership with agencies, internal stakeholders, Sr. Paid and Organic Social Media Manager and Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing
- Lead the execution of affiliate and influencer campaigns for the enterprise and at a division-level
- Oversee and grow the affiliate program, including on boarding new partners
- Develop and optimize affiliate and influencer marketing strategy based on company objectives
- Drive strategic partner engagement by overseeing daily collaboration and performance alignment to ensure campaigns remain optimized and consistently achieve defined business objective
- Manage affiliate budget and forecast, plan volume, revenue and commissions
- Partner with vendors and agencies to develop targeting strategies based on business and customer objectives.
- Utilize analytics to optimize approach and campaigns for affiliates and influencers to provide clear recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Sr. Paid and Organic Social Media Manager to develop test-and-learn plans to drive optimization and innovation
- Provide thought leadership by keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms
- Steward innovation with the Sr. Paid and Organic Social Media Manager for influencer and affiliate marketing programs, inclusive of social commerce opportunities
- Track affiliate and influencer campaign performance and deliver results and recommendations to the Sr. Paid and Organic Social Media Manager and Head of Social.
- Maintain and identify tools to support the execution of affiliate and influencer marketing strategies
- Manage influencer publishing calendar in partnership with Paid and Organic Social Media Managers
- Collaborate with Paid and Organic Social Media Managers on influencer support for social media campaigns
- Create documentation on affiliate and influencer workflow processes
- Provide thought leadership by keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms and changes to channel algorithms.
- Travel up to 15% within the U.S. for production or store visits
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues

Qualifications for Candidates
Minimum
- 4+ years in digital affiliate marketing or influencer marketing
- Proficiency with enterprise-level influencer and affiliate tools such as CreatorIQ, Hootsuite, CJ Affiliates, Impact, Rakuten
- Experience with influencer and affiliate relationship building and management
- Strong understanding of influencer and affiliate metrics and how they are tied to business impact
- Proficiency in pulling, interpreting and reporting on affiliate and influencer analytics
- Understanding of influencer, affiliate and social commerce trends
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience partnering with agency teams
Desired
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Media or a related area
- Expertise in social commerce strategies as it relates to influencer and affiliate marketing and promotional codes
- Any CPG brand management or ad/digital agency experience
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics
- Experience managing budget and spend of affiliate and influencer campaigns
- Success working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to identify resources needed and to reprioritize project tasks while meeting deadlines and goals
