Lou Hammond Group (LHG) is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Influencer Manager
to join our dynamic and collaborative team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This role is ideal for a social media professional with agency or brand-side experience who understands how to build engaging content, manage influencer partnerships, and drive meaningful results across digital platforms.
The Social Media & Influencer Manager will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and managing influencer programs for multiple client accounts in the travel, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors. This position requires someone who is both creative and organized—capable of thinking strategically while managing day-to-day platform execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X
• Create and publish engaging daily content including short-form video, photography, and platform-native storytelling (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
• Manage and maintain monthly social media content calendars across multiple client accounts
• Identify and coordinate influencer and creator partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, content direction, and deliverable management
• Lead influencer campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice
• Monitor social media performance and provide insights and reporting on campaign and influencer results
• Track and identify emerging social trends, creators, and platform updates to inform strategy
• Engage with online communities through comments, messages, and real-time brand interaction
• Collaborate with PR, marketing, and creative teams to ensure integrated campaigns across earned media, social media, and influencer activations
• Support paid social media campaigns, including content development and performance tracking
Talent & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field
• 4+ years of experience managing social media and influencer programs within an agency or brand environment
• Demonstrated experience executing influencer partnerships and creator campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, analytics, and platform best practices
• Experience creating engaging short-form video and platform-native content
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong sense of brand voice and storytelling
• Proficiency with social media management and scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite and Sprout, as well as content creation tools including Canva, CapCut, and Edits
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
