Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on multichannel marketing approaches including digital, social media, grassroots, events and more.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns using tools such as web, email, social, third party platforms and marketing automation platforms to increase reach and conversions.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform content marketing and product positioning.
- Oversee content creation including copywriting for websites, email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and print advertising materials.
- Utilize analytics tools like Sprout, Mailchimp, Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, canva, other and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage budgets for advertising campaigns, track expenses, and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external to develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings and optimize existing positioning for max outcomes.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong emphasis on organic strategies where every dollar counts: social media marketing, events, influencer marketing and grassroots B2C marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Claude, Meta Bizz Suite, Adobe Creative Suite/Canva, WordPress, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong research skills combined with excellent copywriting abilities to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of print advertising methods alongside digital channels to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data insights from various sources to inform decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
