We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Marketing Assistant & Social Media Content Creator. This role will focus on creating engaging content for our social media platforms, including photography and videography, to enhance our brand presence and drive audience engagement.Position is part-time (10-29) hours per week, with flexibility based on content needs. Remote and on-site work as required for content creation.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Develop, plan, and execute social media content strategies across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).Create high-quality photography and videography content to showcase parks and recreation programs, services, events, and community culture.Edit photos and videos for social media, ensuring alignment with brand identity and current trends.Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools.Monitor engagement for Marketing Manager to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and content strategies to keep the brand innovative and competitive.Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy and campaigns.Assist in influencer outreach and partnership development.Track and report on social media analytics and performance metrics to refine content strategies.
