A major CPG company is seeking a high-energy, analytical, and creative Brand Marketing Specialist to support their world-class Writing Business Unit. You will play a central role in executing brand initiatives that drive growth and maximize market share.
This is a Temp-to-Hire engagement based in our Atlanta hub on a hybrid schedule. If you are a proactive marketer who wants to function as a "business owner" and has a passion for consumer goods, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
As the Brand Marketing Specialist, you will act as a project management powerhouse, collaborating across functions to ensure marketing programs are delivered on time and in full.
- Campaign & Merchandising Execution: Lead the charge on shippers, displays, and seasonal merchandising programs that stop shoppers in their tracks.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Packaging, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to bring seasonal products to life from concept to shelf.
- Social Media & Influencer Management: Stay ahead of social trends, manage monthly content calendars, and write compelling influencer briefs to drive digital engagement.
- Performance Analytics: Conduct regular deep dives into marketing performance, e-commerce metrics, and competitor tactics to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Digital Brand Ownership: Maintain brand website content and own the "Creations Recipe" program for Elmer's.
Qualifications:
- An Analytical Thinker: You don't just see numbers; you see stories and insights that lead to better brand performance.
- A Creative Problem-Solver: You can identify a competitor threat or a social trend and pivot quickly to identify an opportunity.
- A Master Coordinator: You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects across PR, advertising, and retail activation simultaneously.
- Education: Four-year college degree required.
- Experience: 2+ years in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and familiar with marketing analytics tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
