Lulu and Georgia is looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to join our growing team! This person will support the day to day aspects of our brand initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and is interested in beginning a career in brand marketing. This role is entry level with no experience required and will report to the Brand Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities Influencers:

  • Place and keep track of all influencer orders, coordinate replacements with vendors/suppliers
  • Keep track of all influencer campaigns and ensure all campaigns are up to date and property tagged
  • Research and identify influencers whose audience and aesthetic align with our brand
  • Monitor influencer program applications
  • Assist with monthly influencer newsletter
  • Ensure all Creator IQ profiles are updated with influencer details
  • Help brainstorm and identify potential like minded brand partners (brands, celebrities, hotels, etc.)

Affiliate

  • Identify and invite partners into our affiliate program
  • Monitoring affiliate partners for any shared codes or actions that go against terms
  • Assist with weekly newsletter
  • Monitor ShopMy/LTK chat and requests

Press

  • Help coordinate any editor requests and gifting opportunities
  • Monitor press inbox and forward specific requests to appropriate team members

Events

  • Assist in planning and execution of brand events, pop-ups, and experiential activations
  • Assist with ongoing showroom event logistics

Requirements

  • Passion for brand storytelling and influencer marketing
  • Display knowledge/interest of brand marketing strategies and consumers trends
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Eager and willingness to learn
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Resides in LA for occasional assistance with Showroom events and in office meetings
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
