As our Social Media Manager, you’ll spark the conversation and set the tone for a vibrant community of over 600 hotels, crafting and steering innovative social strategies that ignite brand awareness, drive genuine guest engagement, and fuel revenue growth. You’re the powerhouse behind our paid and organic social presence—especially on Meta and TikTok—bridging hotels, marketing experts, and agency partners to ensure every campaign inspires, connects, and delivers results.

You excel at creating and executing social strategies across paid and organic channels, aligning with brand standards and business goals.

You understand digital channels—paid media, web, SEO, and reputation—and can turn goals into actionable KPIs for measurable outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Over 7 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within hospitality, multi-location, luxury brands, or resort hotels.
Demonstrated expertise managing large-scale social media and PR programs across multiple brands, along with strong knowledge of content strategies, paid social, and performance metrics.
Skilled in identifying and leveraging emerging platforms, AI-driven trends, and influencer partnerships to develop scalable strategies.
Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable briefs and measurable results for agencies.
Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills, adept at simplifying complex insights for diverse audiences.
Flexible and comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with shifting priorities and willingness to travel as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership & Alignment
Lead portfolio-wide social media strategy for paid and organic channels, aligning with brand standards, business goals, and the guest journey.
Define social media’s role within the digital ecosystem alongside paid media, web performance, SEO, and reputation management.
Translate marketing and revenue targets into clear KPIs for engagement, reach, traffic, and performance metrics.
Partner with marketing, revenue, and analytics teams to synchronize campaign strategies with hotel revenue objectives.
Team Leadership & Operations
Directly manage a team executing paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok. Partner with marketing, revenue, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies with hotel revenue goals.
Build and scale internal teams to support organic social media and PR for hotels preferring in-house support.
Ensure consistent quality, brand alignment, and efficient turnaround for social media content.
Maintain proper access, governance, and account structure across social platforms and paid media accounts.
Platform & Trend Monitoring
- Monitor and assess evolving social platforms and AI-driven experiences (TikTok search, Instagram discovery, generative search, AI recommendations) influencing hotel discovery, research, and booking.
Collaboration & Integration
Partner with SEO, web, and paid media teams to align social strategy with broader search visibility and demand generation initiatives.
Ensure consistency across all guest discovery touchpoints.
Influencer & Guest Relations
Establish and oversee influencer and creator strategies, aligning with brand values, target audiences, and hotel-specific goals.
Set clear criteria for influencer vetting: audience authenticity, engagement quality, content fit, brand safety, and performance expectations.
Collaborate with hotel leadership to leverage social feedback and guest sentiment for operational and experience improvements.
