Seasonal - Consumer Marketing Representative

About the job
Essential Tasks:
- Develops and manages relationships with key influencer on-premise retailers through a structured call frequency in assigned accounts.
- Utilizes iconic or thematic Point Of Connection Materials (POCM) to enhance account activations and proactively merchandise accounts.
- Delivers effective Brand Activations aligned with appropriate plans and programs to include on-premise promotions and brand sampling trade calls.
- Monitors and communicates any competitive activations that show successful results.
- Help execute and coordinate special events & grassroots sampling efforts across the entire distribution center (DC) specific marketing territory.
- Execute effective Social Media / Marketing strategies via social media and other mediums that align with company values and policies.
- Administers and adheres to Company responsible consumption guidelines.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Core competencies in business math, personal computers, and sales planning analysis.
Experiential and skill requirements:
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate self.
- Demonstrated superior creativity.
- Experience in the preparation and presentation of sales presentations.
Physical / Sensory Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead and 160 lbs. to waist level.
- Ability to utilize standard personal computer input/output devices.
- Ability to hold a Texas Class C driver’s license.
- Ability to manipulate standard hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, and hammers.
- Ability to visually inspect and read code dates on products.
- Ability to operate a hand truck and six-wheel cart.
- Ability to climb a 10’ ladder.
