<Duties>
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Google and Yelp to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite, or etc.
- Manage social media accounts to ensure consistent posting and audience interaction.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback, enabling timely responses and strategic adjustments.
- Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns and optimize them using Google Analytics to maximize ROI and target specific audience segments effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns that drive e-commerce sales and promote new products or services.
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and public relations contacts to enhance brand positioning.
- Analyze web traffic data using web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, refine strategies, and report on key metrics regularly.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication to ensure high-quality communication.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, SEO practices, and digital marketing techniques to keep our strategies innovative.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Advertising platform along with experience in creating targeted ad campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to proofreading details for error-free content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in branding strategies, public relations activities, photography skills for content creation, and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
