About the Role
The purpose of the Brand PR & Influencer Marketing Coordinator role is to support the brand communications team in amplifying our voice across influencer marketing, public relations, retail communications, partnerships and events across our Adult Brands. The role is designed to execute the brand communications campaign strategy to build brand awareness and brand love through creative storytelling, talent partnerships, content development, and community building.
Key responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Relationship Management
- Identifying, evaluating, and engaging on-brand influencer talent and content creators
- Own the coordination and execution of our brand content communities including talent discovery, communication, product fulfilment, and content tracking
- Support influencer campaign process from planning to execution (setting deliverables, briefing, usage rights, posting guidelines, reporting, etc.)
- Manage and maintain creator relationships with the brands roster of talent and content creators
- Support the maintenance and organize influencer content libraries and asset management systems
- Manage and update our influencer contact and outreach database
- Support influencer outreach efforts and assist with product gifting logistics
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns
- Monitor influencer content for brand alignment, engagement, and performance insights
Brand Communications & PR
- Contribute to brand communications strategies to deliver engaging, on-brand communication campaigns for the Kids customers.
- Analyze reporting insights and data to inform decision-making on subsequent campaigns that support commercial outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
- Support ideation, delivery, and execution of local brand partnerships and customer activations that build brand awareness, drive commercial outcomes, and protect Brand DNA.
- Proactively source and pitch event and community activation opportunities that elevate the brand, owning the researching, planning, and organizations end-to-end
- Providing event recaps, content capture, and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ideate innovative and engaging responses to the Marketing brief.
- Manage relationships with external partners to achieve brand objectives, while also building relationships with key media contacts to drive earned media coverage.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices, taking action to engage customers and stay ahead of competitors.
Content Creation & Social Media Support
- Support the social team with content ideation, creation, and storytelling for brand channels.
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes, UGC-style, and event-based content for social platforms.
- Manage daily posting, track performance, and optimize content across TikTok and Instagram.
- Utilize content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, phone cameras) and deliver platform-specific formats such as Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
Must Have Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years’ experience managing brand communications, influencer marketing, and/or PR for direct-to-consumer brands (experience with children’s brands preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Event coordination and execution experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively and stay organized across multiple projects
- Comfortable using shared documents and spreadsheets for collaboration, tracking, and reporting · Deep understanding of TikTok, social algorithms, and digital trends · Comfortable acting as on-screen talent · Highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing tight timelines. · Positive, energetic team player with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)
- Comfortable moving equipment, product, or props as needed for shoots.
