Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring social media activity, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content creation and reputation management.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to target specific audiences effectively and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success, track KPIs, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice by proofreading content for accuracy and clarity while ensuring adherence to branding guidelines.
- Oversee relationship management with influencers, partners, and community members to foster positive engagement and expand reach.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and emerging social media platforms to keep strategies innovative.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts.
- Skilled in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content for various platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and consistency.
- Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics or similar tools to inform strategy adjustments.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital advertising strategies including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
