ABOUT THE ROLE
Jacob & Co. is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager based in New York City to support the development and execution of global B2B marketing initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with international partners to ensure that regional marketing programs align with global brand objectives.
The B2B Marketing Manager will play a key role in coordinating marketing strategies and managing regional marketing budgets across key markets, including but not limited to the United States, the GCC region, and the broader Middle East, ensuring that marketing initiatives drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
This position requires a strong communicator and strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects across regions, work effectively with international partners, and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen Jacob & Co.’s global presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies from the New York headquarters to support key international markets, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives and regional market dynamics.
- Manage and oversee regional marketing budgets across multiple territories, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment and support business growth.
- Strengthen Jacob & Co.’s positioning in luxury market, increasing brand awareness and affinity among ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with key luxury brands, events, influencers, and media to enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with international retail partners and distributors to guide and support regional marketing initiatives in accordance with Jacob & Co.’s brand standards.
- Adapt global marketing campaigns to resonate with local cultural and consumer trends, ensuring an authentic and compelling brand presence.
- Monitor key marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and consumer insights to continuously refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and creative teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership, ensuring marketing efforts contribute directly to brand growth and commercial performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Position: Full-time
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in luxury brand marketing, preferably within high-end retail, watchmaking, jewelry, fashion, or hospitality.
- Languages: Fluent in English
- Luxury Market Expertise: Deep understanding of luxury consumers and marketing strategies tailored to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Budget Management: Proven experience in overseeing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation for high-impact campaigns.
- Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading marketing teams, driving performance, and managing cross-functional collaborations.
- Digital & Performance Marketing: Strong background in OOH marketing, digital marketing, social media, CRM, and data-driven decision-making.
- Partnership & Event Marketing: Experience securing high-profile partnerships and executing luxury events, activations, and sponsorships.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret complex marketing data, generate insights, and apply them to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with executives, retailers, media, influencers, and strategic partners.
