Title: Digital Marketing and Content Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee and Manage MACRENE actives social media accounts, email, SMS, digital marketing and content creation across all channels.

Reporting: Report directly to Founder of MACRENE actives

Standing Weekly Deliverables:

  • Align social media and marketing calendar with overall website updates and marketing strategy.
  • Work alongside the founder on content and approvals / implementation of email and digital web marketing campaigns.
  • Report on weekly KPI's including revenue from Instagram, TikTok and new content rollouts / campaigns.
  • Provide weekly upcoming calendars for all social channels, email and content creation for the brand
  • Oversee and manage all gratis shipments for the brand
  • Influencer and PR gifting
  • Provide weekly competitive analysis for the all digital marketing channels and lead strategic direction for new content creation to drive sales and build brand awareness across all channels
  • Support wholesale partners and new partnerships with content in line with brand messaging and goals
  • Support WHS business with gratis shipments, and an active and engaging social calendar with a focus on Sephora, Goop, Cos Bar and Violet Grey, Saks and Neiman Marcus, and other key retailers

Monthly Deliverables:

  • Provide monthly recap and upcoming targets on social media and email marketing platforms as well as new campaign rollouts • Maintain communication with website developer to ensure the imagery and content utilized in Social, Digital Ads +/- Email Marketing, and all wholesale partners align with website and overall brand direction

Scope of Work:

  • Plan and execute monthly content strategy across all digital platforms for the brand ( Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and Email) based on KPIs such as engagement, performance alongside brand goals, and upcoming content rollout..
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies to engage customers and drive conversions through all digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive conversions (3-4 email blasts a week).
  • Segment email lists based on user demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels to personalize messaging.
  • Create and own content calendar for the brand that aligns with sales targets and overall company goals
  • Oversee and manage all shoots and editorial content for the brand
  • Develop content budget and oversee projections/forecasting for any new content shoots
  • Prepare and execute social media campaigns with the use of DashHudson, including creative copy and adapting images, stories, and promotions.
  • Oversee and control the allocation of budgets for paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Understand campaign priorities and ensure funds are allocated effectively to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets in real-time to optimize spending, and ensure budgets stay within the allocated limits.
  • Manage the marketing calendar alongside DTC team which includes promotional support, holiday events, product launches and core brand initiatives.
  • Build out influencer marketing strategy and partnerships
  • Reach out to and collaborate with influencers to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships, fostering strong professional relationships, producing UGC content together.
  • Negotiate terms of collaboration, including deliverables, compensation, timelines, and campaign expectations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with influencers to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.
  • Plan and execute influencer-led campaigns, including product launches, giveaways, while ensuring the content meets all brand compliance guidelines.
  • Oversee influencer content creation, review deliverables, and ensure they align with the campaign goals.
  • Ensure cohesive messaging across all digital media channels in line with DTC channels
  • Monitor performance across KPIs, perform A/B tests and create optimization plans to ensure programs scale efficiently.
  • Partner with all internal teams to amplify digital communication plans
  • Apply learnings and provide graphic promotional assets to paid search team, shopping engines, display, affiliates, SEO

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10028
