Travel Content Creator Manager

Location: On Site / Los Angeles - Glendale

About the Role

We are looking for a Creator Manager to support the growth of our TikTok Local Service (TikTok GO) creator ecosystem.

In this role, you will work closely with creators producing local discovery content (restaurants, hotels, experiences, attractions, etc.), helping them improve their content quality, increase posting activity, and participate in campaigns that drive both engagement and GMV.

This role sits at the intersection of creator management, local business partnerships, and content strategy .

Key Responsibilities

Creator Relationship Management

• Manage and support TikTok creators producing local service / POI content
• Maintain regular communication with creators and help them improve their content strategy
• Identify and nurture high-potential creators within the ecosystem
• Provide 1-on-1 guidance on content quality, storytelling, and posting consistency

Campaign Management

• Coordinate creator participation in TikTok Local Service campaigns
• Track posting activity and campaign deliverables
• Help creators optimize content formats for better engagement and conversion

POI Research & Development

• Conduct research to identify high-potential POIs such as restaurants, hotels, attractions, and experiences
• Evaluate POIs based on visual appeal, user interest, and conversion potential
• Build and maintain a database of POIs for creator content opportunities

Merchant & Local Partner Collaboration

• Communicate with local businesses and partners when needed
• Help match creators with relevant POI opportunities
• Support partnerships with local merchants, hotels, restaurants, and tourism operators

Creator Community & Training

• Help operate creator communities (e.g., Discord or other channels)
• Share content training materials and best practices
• Encourage creator activation and maintain active participation

Qualifications

• Experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or social media operations
• Familiarity with TikTok ecosystem and content trends
• Strong interest or experience in local service / local discovery content
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously

Preferred Experience

• Experience in TikTok Local Service / TikTok GO / Local Discovery content
• Experience in creator management/creator agent
• Background in local marketing, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle content
• Experience working with local merchants or tourism partners
• Familiarity with POI research and content planning
