Marketing Manager – Lotus Concepts Management Location: Denver, Colorado (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $65,000 – $77,000 per year, based on experience

Lotus Concepts Management is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team in Denver. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step beyond a marketing coordinator position and grow into a leadership role within a dynamic hospitality company.

Our portfolio includes concepts such as ViewHouse Eatery, Bar & Rooftop, My Neighbor Felix, Wonderyard Garden + Table, Belle's & Boots, and new upcoming concepts, all known for vibrant guest experiences, strong branding, and innovative marketing. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing leadership team and operations teams to help execute campaigns, support events, grow brand awareness, and drive guest engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who is hard-working, creative, organized, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our corporate office in Denver.

Position Overview The Marketing Manager will assist with the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role will work closely with the marketing team to help develop campaigns, coordinate events, support social media initiatives, and ensure that marketing efforts align with each brand’s identity and business goals.

This position sits above a Marketing Coordinator but is still considered entry-level for a management role, making it an excellent opportunity for someone ready to grow their career in hospitality marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple restaurant concepts
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with operations teams and store-level leadership
  • Help manage social media content calendars and assist with content creation
  • Assist with on-site marketing activations, promotions, and events
  • Support influencer partnerships and local brand collaborations
  • Help coordinate photography, video shoots, and creative marketing assets
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and assist with reporting
  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and promotions
  • Support grassroots marketing efforts and community partnerships
  • Work with the creative team to develop marketing materials and promotions

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Hospitality, restaurant, nightlife, or entertainment industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing campaigns
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
