E-commerce Associate

We operate a growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce business selling globally through Shopify and other online marketplaces.

We’re hiring an E-Commerce Associate to support both the operational and marketing side of the business. This role touches fulfillment, storefront management, marketing execution, and process improvement.

It’s a hands-on position inside a small team where people work across multiple parts of the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day fulfillment and operational workflows
• Manage product listings, collections, and updates in Shopify
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches
• Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships
• Help manage customer communication and order issues
• Identify ways to improve workflows and internal systems

Qualifications

• Early career professional or recent graduate
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
• Self-directed and able to work without constant oversight

Important

We rely heavily on modern digital tools and AI in our workflows. Candidates should already be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT or similar systems in school, work, or personal projects.
