The Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Campaigns Manager who can independently lead influencer programs while contributing strategically to campaign development and new business initiatives.
This role requires someone who understands both the art and science of creator marketing ; someone who can source the right talent, manage complex timelines, communicate confidently with clients, and ensure campaigns deliver against performance goals.
To succeed in this role you’ll be hands-on in execution, comfortable leading projects, and motivated to help elevate both team output and client results.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Leadership
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end from kickoff through reporting
- Own timelines, deliverables, creator communication, and approvals
- Lead talent sourcing, vetting, negotiations, and contracting
- Ensure brand, legal, and platform compliance across deliverables
- Monitor live campaigns and proactively resolve issue
Creator Strategy & Casting
- Build creator shortlists based on audience data, brand alignment, and campaign goals
- Present casting recommendations backed by insights and rationale
- Identify emerging creators and cultural trends to inform strategy
- Maintain relationships with talent agencies, managers, and creators
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with strategy, creative, production, and social teams
- Support client communication and presentation of campaign plans
- Contribute to internal process improvements and workflow optimization
Reporting & Performance
- Track campaign pacing, performance, and delivery
- Analyze results and translate data into actionable insights
- Support post-campaign reporting and optimization recommendations
New Business Contribution
- Assist with creator strategy and talent sourcing for pitches
- Provide platform insights, competitive examples, and trend knowledge
- Help develop proposal slides and activation ideas
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Track campaign budgets and creator fees
- Support invoicing and payment workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation and campaign trackers
What You Bring
- 3–5 year’s experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns from planning through execution
- Strong understanding of major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience sourcing and negotiating with creators or talent reps
- Comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Client-facing experience or confidence presenting recommendations
Bonus Points
- Agency experience
- Familiarity with creator platforms (CreatorIQ, Tagger, Aspire, etc.)
- Paid amplification or whitelisting knowledge
- Knowledge of FTC regulations
- Experience supporting pitches or new business
- Experience managing campaign budgets

Compensation
Salary Range: Starting at $60k
Final compensation is based on experience, expertise, and role impact.
