You will be the bridge between our digital strategy and our local community. While we are already recognized as the go-to firm for immigration, we are expanding our reach to ensure every neighbor knows that Welcome Law Firm is also their first choice for personal injury representation. This is a high-energy role for someone who is bilingual (Spanish/English), loves people, thrives in social settings, and wants to help build a brand.

What You’ll Do

• Community Brand Ambassador: Attend local community events, fairs, and mixers to build genuine relationships. You’ll be our primary "boots on the ground" brand ambassador.
• Connect Digital to Physical: Work alongside our SEO vendor and Director of Operations and Marketing to ensure our online success matches our physical presence. You’ll help turn local handshakes into digital engagement.
• Bridge the Brand Gap: Execute strategies to educate the community that our trusted immigration expertise extends fully into personal injury law.
• Event Management: Identify and coordinate community-facing events. This includes some evening and weekend commitments where the best conversations happen.
• Social Engagement: Capture content at events (photos/videos) to share our community involvement across social media platforms and email newsletters.
• Build Relationships: Identify local influencers, business owners, and community leaders to foster long-term referral partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior marketing experience required—we value personality and "hustle" over a resume of agency work.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at communicating/marketing on social media platforms
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various local events.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
