Salary: $65-70K

What your future day will look like: • Manage the social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, collaborating with design and marketing to create on brand content, oversee video shoots, and engage the community for growth. • Lead influencer initiatives end-to-end—sourcing talent, coordinating gifting and briefs, managing contracts and deliverables, tracking results, and nurturing long-term creator partnerships. • Support product launches, promotions, and events by aligning social and influencer content with broader marketing strategies. • Monitor and report on key metrics—reach, engagement, conversions, and influencer ROI—using insights to refine content and strengthen partnerships. • Drive organization and innovation by managing launch calendars, budgets, and timelines; supporting event marketing; improving workflows; and bringing new trends, formats, and partnership ideas forward.

To be a champion in this role, you will need: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 2–3 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing • Familiarity with influencer platforms/tools • Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Tools, CMS, Canva
