Job Description The Senior Manager of Brand Communications will lead strategic and creative communications to strengthen the company’s brand presence across North America and globally. This role is responsible for driving B2C and B2B public relations, managing agency partnerships, building on-stage presence and executing integrated campaigns that elevate the Masterbrand and divisional priorities. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with expertise in brand storytelling, influencer engagement, and event activation.

Responsibilities Brand and Division Communications

  • Develop and execute integrated audience communications strategies for all North America divisions (water, food, wellness product categories) for B2C and B2B audiences.

Masterbrand and Innovation

  • Drive communications that reinforce the Masterbrand positioning and highlight innovation initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to amplify new launches and category leadership.

Agency Management

  • Manage external PR agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns and media coverage.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for agency-led programs.

Events and Thought Leadership

  • Identify and secure on-stage opportunities for brand and divisional leaders at industry events.
  • Support development of speaking materials and event-related content.

Social Media and Influencer Engagement

  • Collaborate with social media teams to integrate PR efforts across digital platforms.

Build and maintain relationships with influencers to drive authentic brand advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand communications, PR, or related discipline.
  • Proven success in managing consumer and B2B PR campaigns.
  • Strong agency management and event planning experience.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and media relations skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and develop talent.
