The role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Specialist to lead and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.

This position requires a strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and translating data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing social media platforms, running Meta advertising campaigns, building email marketing programs, supporting influencer marketing initiatives, and executing integrated digital campaigns that combine multiple tactics to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and execute social media strategy across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Develop content calendars, coordinate with creative teams on assets, and oversee day-to-day publishing.
  • Monitor engagement, identify trends, and optimize content strategy to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.

Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and social channels.
  • Ensure all digital tactics work together to cohesively support broader marketing and business objectives

Paid Media Management

  • Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns including audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus

Email Marketing

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve open rates, engagement, and conversions

Influencer Marketing

  • Support influencer marketing campaigns including creator identification, coordination, and campaign execution
  • Track influencer content performance and help integrate creator partnerships into border marketing campaigns

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Implement testing strategies across ads, email campaigns, and landing pages to improve results

Team Collaboration

  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Partner with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production to execute campaigns effectively

Budget & Platform Management

  • Manage digital campaign budgets to maximize ROI
  • Evaluate new tools, platforms, and technologies to improve performance and efficiency

Qualifications

  • (4)+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (required)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
  • Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience supporting or managing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to run integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong attention to detail
  • A self-starter able to work collaboratively as well as independently
  • Proficient in the use of Google suite (required) and Asana (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to travel 3-4s times per year: trips typically lasting between two to four days
  • Ability to be work outside of standard business hours on occasion to ensure coverage of client programs when necessary
